The stage is now set for the most exciting koi event we have ever held. On Friday 28th May (7pm to 10pm) Hosokai-san, famous Niigata koi breeder, will be at the Magherabuoy Hotel for a presentation, along with Rene Villella who will translate.

Martin Symonds will also be bringing a Koi MasterClass presentation and light supper will be provided.

On Saturday 29th everyone will be at Causeway Koi for the annual Open Day. We have the marquee erected and Mat Hughes from Oase will have a display there alongside the bar-be-cue (12pm-4pm).

All the new hand-selected stock from Hosokai koi farm will be going on sale following quarantine. Have your picture taken alongside the breeder of your koi! Free tea & coffee and traybakes are available throughout the afternoon.

We have a minibus doing a shuttle service between the carpark at Carnalridge Primary School (400yds on the Portrush side of Causeway Koi). It will run from about 12pm to 4.30pm.
